About Us
Star City Rhythm Revival is a Lafayette, Indiana-based band that plays an improvisational, danceable combination of New Orleans funk, groovy jazz, and classic, singalong soul music. SCRR is a moveable feast of jazz and blues scene all-stars who gather to bring you the most enjoyable live shows in town.
Featuring a rotating group of players, including:
- Stuart Carlton: guitar
- Larry Guentert: drums
- Julianna Troy: bass
- Jim Brehm: vocals, harmonica, and miscellany
- Chad Downey: trumpet
- Alex Mason: trombone
- Bonyea Killebrew: saxophone, clarinet, keys, etc.
- Burt Etchison: saxophone
- Chamis Dougherty: trombone, keys
- Hunt Wiley: keys
- Reuben Goforth: vocals
